The Charity auction in aid of The Help Emma Beat It fund

The Charity auction in aid of The Help Emma Beat It fund held on the 10th November as part of the North Galway Vintage & Heritage Clubs Jumble was a huge success with a total of €10,382 been raised on the day for the fund. The Charity auction which seen everything from a golf ball to a holiday in Tenerife auctioned off for the cause raise over €6,500 with the rest been made up by direct donations from clubs and individuals.

The Help Emma Beat it fund has been set up to provide support for 17 Year Old Emma Naughton Heavey how is battling a rare cancer and has to make regular trips to the USA to consult with doctors there.

The Naughton- Heavey Family wish to thanks the Irish Auto jumblers Club who organised the auction, The North Galway Vintage & Heritage Clubs who hosted the event, the two auctioneers who worked hard on the day, everyone who donated to the auction and or the fund, and not to be forgot those who put their hands in their pocket to buy on the day.
