Killarney Valley Classic & Vintage Club hosted the raffle for their Toyota Starlet, as featured in the December 2022 issue of Irish Vintage Scene, on Thursday, November 24th at Kellihers Toyota in Tralee. The forty-year-old car was lovingly restored by the members of Killarney Valley Classic & Vintage Club, who sold tickets over the past six months to support four local charities that included the Kerry branch of the Irish Kidney Association, Killarney Valley Athletic Club, Recovery Haven and Cuan Mhuire. Attendees on the evening were entertained by Killarney School of Music and enjoyed refreshments provided by the staff of the Ross Cafe, Killarney. Brendan Fuller was master of ceremonies, and Paralympian Jordan Lee helped draw the winning tickets on the night. The Killarney Valley Classic & Vintage club would like to thank their many sponsors and supporters who made the restoration possible.
